Make sense of the findings without the panic spiral.

Lab results, symptoms, medication changes, blood pressure readings, appointment notes, and questions often live in different places. WTF brings them together into a simple personal framework so you can see the story over time.

What WTF helps you track

Lab Results
Track values, reference ranges, notes, categories, and trends over time.

Symptoms
Record symptoms, severity, context, duration, and what else was happening.

Medications & Supplements
Track doses, start dates, changes, side effects, and related labs.

Vitals & Measures
Follow blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature, oxygen saturation, sleep, and other home readings.

Health Story Timeline
View labs, symptoms, medications, vitals, appointments, and health events together.

Appointment Prep
Generate a clear summary of recent changes, concerns, current medications, symptoms, and questions.

Built for better questions, not self-diagnosis.

WTF does not diagnose, treat, recommend medication changes, or replace care from a qualified health professional. It helps you organize your information so you can have clearer, more prepared conversations with your clinician.

For urgent symptoms, severe shortness of breath, chest pain, fainting, confusion, or very concerning readings, seek medical care or emergency support.

Your health data should stay yours.

The beta prototype stores information locally in your browser. There is no account, no cloud database, no analytics, and no automatic sharing.

You control your data. You can export a JSON backup, move your information to another browser, or delete your data at any time.

How to use it: Click on the WTF Wellness Tracker index.html below to launch the app in your browser. WTF saves your entries locally in the browser you use, so please use one browser consistently. Clearing your browser data, cache, or site storage may delete your WTF entries. Export regular JSON backups if you enter information you want to keep.

WTF Version 6 is the current stable version. To avoid confusion for users, this version will remain in place for now. Future updates may be developed privately, but users do not need to switch versions unless a new stable release is clearly shared.

Beta prototype notice
WTF is currently in early beta and is being developed with feedback from patients, clinicians, and health educators. Features may change, and occasional issues may occur. Please export regular backups and do not rely on WTF as your only record of health information. WTF is designed for personal tracking and appointment preparation, not diagnosis or medical decision-making.

🚀 Built with brains, boldness, and a little sass.
